Vintage wallpaper and tile, original 1914 built-in cabinetry, and classic architectural details give these apartments a secure and charming feel. The suites are on the second floor of the manor, overlooking garden and drive. Each is fully furnished, filled with natural light, and full of character.
Located in Bellingham’s Edgemoor neighborhood, close by restaurants and shops of Fairhaven Village, the Bellingham waterfront, Chuckanut Drive, and Western Washington University.
What to Know About Lairmont Manor Events & Resident Life
While most days are quiet and bucolic, Lairmont hosts events throughout the summer weekends from approx 3:00pm-10:00pm. Winter is fairly quiet aside from weekend recitals and parties. Applicants should expect a certain level of celebratory noise.
Lairmont Manor residents must be respectful to our event guests, vendors, and staff, and understanding of the event business.
Rent rate and occupancy
Rental rate range: $1695-$1795.
Suites are single occupancy.
Rentals are month to month ( minimum).
Short to medium term lease options available.
First month’s rent, Damage Deposit, Rental Insurance, and References are required.
Utilities and WiFi are included in rental fee.
The laundry room is located on lower level.
Residents are offered one parking spot and use of bike rack.
Basic Resident Rules
No animals, no smoking, no candles, nor flame of any kind.
No parties or drug use. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm-9:00am.
Respect for historic landmark property, the private events hosted, and other residents is required.
